Congratulations to Chef Masaharu Morimoto. His Philadelphia restaurant on Chestnut Street, appropriately called "Morimoto" http://www.morimotorestaurant.com/ was just named one of the best sushi restaurants in the city by "Metro New York." Now why does this not surprise me?
